I’ve had the 28cm frying pan for going on 2 months now. I’m a bit of a pan hoarder and this pan is very reliable for its versatility and ease of use. It is the first one I grab for all my week day cooking. I find it works best when the food is tossed or turned as soon as possible at medium to high heat. The rivets on the handle give it good sturdy construction.
After reading through the care instructions I thought it was a good idea to cut some of the cardboard up into an insert to act as protection against any knocks or scratches when stored away.

I put so much thought into the food I buy for my young family and what goes into my cooking, but I hadn’t done anything about the materials I actually cook it in, and with the increasing number of articles about the dangers of the materials in most pots and pans I wanted to finally do something about it. I would certainly think about it each time my husband overheated our old fry pan (which wasn't even that old) and horrible smoke would come off it, and I’d think about it when I’d see the knife marks in the base of the saucepan and wonder what is leaking out into this meal I’m preparing, but I wasn’t sure where to start with finding healthy replacements. I was worried a non toxic pan would mean compromising on how non-stick the product would, but this is easily the best non stick pan I've used. I started out cooking pancakes and my natural reaction was to spray a thin layer of olive oil in the pan so they wouldn’t stick, but I quickly realised I could wipe that off and didn’t need it at all. It was also incredibly easy to clean with the bamboo brush they supply and some normal detergent. Best of all when I served it up I didn’t feel like I was giving my kids some healthy wholemeal cottage cheese pancakes with greek yoghurt, berries and a side of chemicals!!
These pans are so easy to clean, which is the biggest issue I have with my other pots and pans. They're high quality and the non-stick surface is fantastic, I use this pan for everything
