1 tbsp butter

½ cup feta or goats cheese, crumbled

½ cup ripe tomatoes, chopped

1 spring onion chopped

Description

Craft the perfect Omelette in our 20cm Blu. Frying Pan with this quick and simple recipe, the go-to dish for those moments when you're running low on ingredients but still crave something savory and satisfying.

Perfect for a low-carb, high-protein breakfast, ready to keep you going until lunchtime. Thanks to the non-stick surface of Blu. Cookware, you're ensured a perfect omelette every time, making it an effortless choice for a quick and delicious meal. 

 

Method

Step 01

In a small bowl, whisk eggs, water, salt and pepper until blended.

Step 02

In our 20cm pan heat butter over medium-high heat. Pour in half the egg mixture and move the pan around to cover the bottom with the egg mix.

Step 03

Return to the heat and continue cooking.

Step 04

When eggs are nearly cooked & little liquid egg remains, add half of the cheese, tomato, and spring onion to 1 side. Fold omelette in half and cook for 30 seconds longer to warm the filling, then slide onto a plate to serve.

Step 05

Repeat for the second omelette.
