Ingredients

500g Pipis or Vongole Clams

2 Spring Onions Cut Into 2-3cm Batons

1 Tbsp Fresh Grated Ginger

2 Cloves Garlic Roughly Chopped

1 Long Red Chilli, Seeds Removed And Chopped

1 Tbsp Sesame Oil

1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds

1 Tbsp Soy Sauce

1 Tsp Oyster Sauce

¼ Broccoli Cut Into Small florets

Description

TIPS:

Very easy to chop and change the seafood here, can use clams, mussels, prawns, or a mix of all of them too. Also change the chilli for capsicum if you're not keen on spicy foods.

Method

Step 01

Heat the grill plate to high and lightly char on all sides and set aside.

Step 02

Heat the wok to a med high temperature, add the ginger, garlic and chilli and cook till fragrant.

Step 03

Quickly add the clams, soy and oyster sauce and place the lid on, cook till the clams have all opened and remove the lid.

Step 04

Add the charred broccoli and spring onions and toss through cooking for a minute, or until the sauce has thickened up.

Step 05

Place onto your serving dish and garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
